It was obvious to us that we wanted to create the opportunity to try domains that would keep our passions high and our palates tantalized, therefore some wines are either rare or with bottle age, some older than our parents. This is all possible with the enomatic system which is revolutionizing the way we pour better wines. We also use Le Verre de Vin which is another unique system of preserving the wine.
